After all the Class cards have been captured, Illya and Miyu are once again ordered by Rin and Luvia to help them stabilize the Earth's pulse, that went haywire when they started capturing the Class Cards. However, something goes wrong after the ceremony. Illiya tries to protect everyone from the destructive explosion. But when the explosion is averted, and seemingly everyone is safe… Illiya finds a clone of herself sitting beside her.
What had happened? And how will Illiya get over this crisis?
- The name is a word play on “2” and “Zwei”, which is German for “two”.
Just as Miyu was about to be saved from being swallowed by despair, all of a sudden mysterious duo that mastered Heroic Spirit Class Card system appears in front of Illya!
(A direct continuation of the second act, "2wei" - manga upholds the tradition of having punny names based on german numbers and was appropriately titled "3rei", which comes from deutsch "drei" meaning "three".)

Aoto was technically supposed to be dead, but thanks to his younger sister Meika’s pleading to the water goddess, Mikuri, who granted her wish, he was brought back to life. Although in the process, the goddess of Hanamikawa Temple, Mikuri, lost her tremendous power and the ability to help people of the town. Feeling guilty that her one selfish wish prevents countless others from Mikuri’s magic, Meika takes it upon herself to be helpful to anyone in the city. Mikuri eventually gives up the role of goddess to Meika and gives what little magic power she has left to her. Now as one of the many guardians of her town, Meika tries granting people's wishes in their most desperate situations.
