A series of rape incidents occur in the metropolitan area. Miya Tachibana, a female detective in charge, handles the investigation, but cannot find any clues about the perpetrator, and forensic examination yields no results. Without any progress in the investigation, another rape incident occurs, but the liquid that Tachibana touches is not semen.

Nogawa Izumi is a good student, and a class representative, but she has an increasingly high libido. It's gotten to the point that she'll claim to feel bad during class, so she can run to the nurse's office and masturbate. When she learns that the Earth is being invaded by aliens that look like people dressed up as animals, it turns out her high sex drive may be able to help protect the Earth. The first time Izumi is attacked by the aliens, she is rescued by Usayama, a bunny alien whose race was their previous victim. Usayama gives her an outfit (a sexy swimsuit) that will allow her to fight the aliens, but which also sends her constant arousal through the roof. The scientific organization that Usayama is affiliated with think that Izumi, with her high erotic level, may be the person they've been looking for to fight the aliens. Will Izumi be able to save the Earth?

Yagami Sayuri is the student council vice president, and her demanding president hates the fact that boys are in their school at all. There is a school legend that if a maiden offers her panties to the goddess statue in the courtyard, the goddess will help solve her problems. The actual problem-solving power, though, is with the student council, which monitors the statue's panty offerings. The president often insists Sayuri help solve the girls' problems in her secret identity of Mystic Heart, a scantily clad protector of the school's peace. Most of the students just think of Mystic Heart as a masochistic pervert. Sayuri usually ends up naked and humiliated in front of boys, and the shame helps her transform into her sadistic personality. In this form, she can beat up the boys and pee on them. The student council helps girls through many troubles, from misunderstandings between friends to peeping toms!

Set in the Edo Period, during a rainstorm, a temple receives a strange "visitor": Kurebayashi Aki, a high school student magically transported from the 21th century. Due to her uniform, which seems different from the clothing of that time, the people of the temple believe her to be an angel that has descended to help them with their problems, though Aki is really just a normal girl. Still, she figures she might as well help whoever she can while trying to find out how to go back home.
