Part 2 of the Black Jack celebration. Featuring one-shots by Shojo and Josei mangaka.

A mysterious girl arrives at the door of a church covered in blood. She utters out the name "Nagi" before collapsing. She's taken in by the priest of the church. She starts out with no memories of her past, but slowly has strange dreams about her mother, and from that she discovers her name, Yui.

K' (K-Dash) is a four volume doujinshi compilation released by Kodansha containing oneshots by a number of different authors and artists. The first two issues contained short stories by published mangaka such as CLAMP and Ikumi Mia (amongst others). The first issue was released in December 2002 at Comiket 63, while the second was released in March 2003 to commemorate the opening of the K-Square store. These two issues contained short comedic stories from CLAMP; Tokyo Tower Kankeisha Kakui (characters from Chobits, Rayearth and Cardcaptor Sakura running into each other in the Tokyo Tower) and Murikuri Holic (Watanuki and Yuuko working at the K-Square store while characters from Murikuri look on) The third and fourth issues consisted primarily of work from doujinshi artists.

A half-human, half-vampire girl named Miyu is trapped in a body that will remain a teenager forever. As a vampire, it is her duty to hunt down demonic beings known as Shinma who have wandered into the human world and send them back to the Darkness. The new story begins with Miyu transferring to a certain middle school.

Miyu is an eternally youthful, 13-year-old vampire. Her peculiar appearance; golden eyes, pale skin, and hair tied with a ribbon in a strange fashion, are concealed during the day. Miyu is the Guardian (or Watcher), whose duty it is to return the Shinma - god-demons that prey on humans - to the dark. She has the power to call forth fire, which burns Shinma and sends them to the dark. Her only companion, friend, and protector is Larva, a Western Shinma who is bound to serve her. Together, they hunt stray Shinma across Japan. How Miyu became a vampire is unknown, so is how and why she became the Guardian. However, more mysterious is the gift she bestows on the people she feeds from… Adapted from a 1985 OVA.

In a faraway village, in a magical land, live Juline, Bakuya, and Seika, daughters of the top three martial-arts schools. Join them on a quest to uncover the mystery of the Black Pearl, a new clan shrouded in shadows. Juline and the other clan leaders face a new threat in the form of the Black Pearl Guardians. Who are these mysterious warriors, and what is their link to the princesses' past?

When the clock strikes midnight, the door opens. This is when the phantom awakens, wandering, looking for the most beautiful dancer. Loosely based on "The Phantom of the Opera."

A series of biographical oneshots by various mangaka, published in 2009-2010 by Asahi Shimbun. Each issue focuses on a different notable figure from Japanese history.
