芋虫 [The Caterpillar], is an adaptation of the 1929 Edogawa Rampo short story of the same name. The Caterpillar is a haunting psychosexual tale of Lt. Sunaga, a disfigured and limbless veteran of WWI who returns home to his young and beautiful wife. Sunaga initially is given a hero's welcome, but is quickly forgotten and shunned because of his injuries. Unable to speak or care for himself, he is completely at the mercy of his wife as she grows to loathe and toy with him.

Apparently, they try to castrate a boy.

It's about a boy with mysterious powers who transfers from school to school, fighting various monsters.

Note: Even though Maruo Suehiro produces ero-guro works, this is not. However, as with much of his works, this is really weird. Gichi Gichi kid is a full manga about a boy with magical powers. The same adventures of children with the unique Maruo´s vision and elegant drawings; this kid is always making good for the people; nothing to do with the author's usual works.

In Japanese mythology an inugami is a type of shikigami, similar to a familiar spirit, resembling, and usually originating from, a dog, and most commonly carrying out vengeance or acting as guardians on behalf of the inugami-mochi, or "inugami owner". Inugami are extremely powerful and capable of existing independently, as well as turning on their "owners" and even possessing humans.
