Sanada Beni is 13 years old now and she is part of a ninja family. She is finally a Red ninja after 13 years of age. She takes an oath of loyalty to fulfill all her missions as family's "red ninja" descendant. But the problem is she is still a ninja in training. Four years ago she accidentally met a boy named Kiyoshi Makoto. Now she is set off to his school to protect him. Now what will would happen as Makoto continues to protect the entrance ceremony and Beni protects him?

Sotsugyou Scramble consists of five one-shots. Story 1 - Magical Scramble: Ninomiya Sora and her boyfriend, Hinase Hoshi, go to a fortune teller, and the fortune teller tells Sora that she will lose the one she loves. Soon after, a mysterious stranger snatches Sora away in a midst of playing cards! Story 3 - High School Scramble + Bonus: Sora and her friends are finally graduating, but the day before the graduation ceremony her grandfather and Hoshi's mother tell her she has to pass a special test. If she fails, she will repeat junior high school. Story 4 - Sassy Boy: China and her friends go to the beach for vacation. While there, they attempt to hook up with boys. Will they succeed?
