Kikimimi ~Risou no Kanojo~ (The Ideal Girlfriend) Tankoubon version has a couple of extra pages in chapter 1-2-3 (Egg or Chicken) but unfortunately there's only Spanish translation available so I had to use machine translator. I made sure to capture the dialogue properly though and most of it are just an extra sex scene so I hope it's not affecting the original story.
