Ana no Mujina

In a world where once you turn 14, a crystal emerges for your body, and from that crystal a beast blade is born. Beast blades are your lifetime partner and there are many different types of them which can be used to accomplish all sorts of tasks. When high school student Sataki Tadashi was young, he received the ability to deceive people from a "Mujina". Ever since, he has continued to live his life as a con artist. Three years later, with the recommendation of the Kaminayama police, he puts those abilities to use for the sake of punishing "Evil that can't be judged with Law".

This is about a lazy baseball player, Taro, and a very serious baseball player, Takami, who want to make it to the top. They cross paths on a bus that crashes. Takami dies and Taro lives. Taro visits Takami's grave and sees Takami's ghost. His ghost tells Taro to "switch" with him and take him to the koshien to fulfil his dream.
