As for Time...

Toki wa… is a manga about two guys who manage to travel back in time and visit Tokiwa Manor in the 1950′s. Tokiwa Manor is the Tokyo apartment building where Osamu Tezuka, the father of modern manga / anime, and many other early influential mangaka once lived. [MU]

Released in 2006 to celebrate Kochikame's 30th Anniversary, this special edition volume contains several pages of information and pictures related to Kochikame and the series' history.
