Takeru (武), also known by its fuller title, Supplementary Biography of Japan Takeru, is an alternate-history manga by Buichi Terasawa. Taking place in the Kingdom of Yamato, the story follows a “Haja” or “Dagger Man” named Ichimonji Takeru, a master of the “Word Soul”, who falls in love with the princess and goes to defeat the villains after her life to earn her love. This short, two-volume series was drawn in full color, and contains the intense action sequences and the creative designs that Terasawa is known for.

Furinji Goku is an ordinary private eye for hire. Inside is a Mumère, a species coming from a marine planet, which ends its life to protect a heavy secret. This will be the beginning of a long investigation for the officer Σ.
