Makoto meets a sweet, shy girl named Haruna helping out at the school's athletics festival. He confesses his feelings for her the next time he sees her, and she bluntly rejects him, only to call him later and ask him out herself! The source of all these mixed signals is Haruna's "evil" twin sister, Natsumi. Natsumi is the opposite of Haruna, she's a forward, crude girl bent on trolling the hell out of her twin sister. Makoto is then stuck in the shenanigans between the two sisters, especially when Haruna shows that she's not one to be trifled with.
Yona Ryouma, a normal high school boy, saves a man from another world at the cost of his own life when a mysterious earthquake occurs. The man, Emillio, uses a potion which apparently saves Ryouma's life. However, he is also changed into a girl in the process. Emillio is actually the prince of this alternate world and he declares Ryouma as his wife, presumably on the context of saving his life. But what about Ryouma's life as a high school boy in his own world? And will he come to accept being the prince's wife?
High-schooler Saionji has moved into a boarding house with a really cute young landlord named Sakura, who also attends his school. Though it's really near the school, the place is pretty broken-down and all the other tenants are strange women. They include little Hana, who wears costumes in public, a sloppy, lazy teacher, and his slightly uncivilized schoolmate Akira. Living in the boarding house does not help Saionji's reputation at school, but he has a huge crush on the landlord. Will he be able to handle living with all these bizarre women, and somehow win Sakura's heart?
