Shuu, a good-natured art student, has a secret hobby. He likes to peep into people's lives by listening to radio waves from taxis and trucks at home with a bugging device. Despite his peaceful campus life, Shuu is facing a crisis. For some reason, he hasn't been able to get it up for the last 3 months, no matter what he did. One day, Shuu's crotch reacts to the panting sounds of a man on his radio. As Shuu searches for the man behind the erotic voice, the owner of the "panting sounds", a serious-looking, handsome librarian named Kurosuda, shows up in front of him.
