Hoshikawa Subaru can transform into Rockman by merging with the FM Alien, Warrock! He'll fight other Wave beings to find the location of his father, who disappeared during a spaceship accident. In the journey to find him, Subaru will encounter many incredible foes. Will he be able to find his father?

Ayumu is a hardworking yet timid kid who is constantly being bullied. After one day of being bullied, he finds himself being punched into the air… and waking up in a boxing gym! Thus, Ayumu's quest to become "just a little bit" stronger begins with the two wacky members of the Gold Boxing Gym. Will Ayumu finally stand up for himself or will his timidness get the better of him?

Berserk, a survivor from the Shooting Star Rockman Tribe, goes to the continent of Mu to face Rogue (Burai), the one responsible for destroying his tribe when they were young.
