This tongue-in-cheek semi-autobiography follows the absurdly gruesome adventures of a lonely boy and his singularly crazed family. His escape from the madness that surrounds him is his collection of pickled animal and human body parts, to which he adds as one family member after another meet with a grotesque and sometimes terrifyingly funny death... The Venomous God Shinie Antsu presents stories about the venomous nature of humanity... These two chapters were published in the first two issues of the ALL KAIDAN horror manga magazine in 1997.

One of Hideshi Hino's final works before retiring as a mangaka. Four chapters were serialized between August 2000 and February 2001 in GARO. The fourth chapter ends with "To Be Continued...".
